Website tracking and cookies

Our website uses the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager. These tools place cookies or use similar technologies to tell us how visitors use our site, for example which pages are viewed and when a waitlist form is submitted. This helps us measure our advertising and show our ads to relevant families.

Information collected this way is generally not used by us to identify you personally. Meta and Google may combine it with information they already hold about you under their own privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using our website.

Who we share it with

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers that help us run our centres, such as our enquiry and waitlist software (LineLeader), childcare management software, IT, website and marketing providers
  • Our contracted centre management and operations partners
  • Government agencies where required by law, including for Child Care Subsidy administration and regulatory reporting

We require these providers to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Information stored overseas

Some of our service providers, including our enquiry and waitlist software, Meta and Google, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle personal information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. Access is limited to people who need it to do their job. We keep information only as long as we need it, or as required by law, and then securely destroy or de-identify it.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
